What types of wall art do you offer in your store?

We offer canvas prints in various sizes.  Our collection features various styles from modern and abstract to classic and nature-inspired pieces.

How do I know the quality of your products?

 A quality check station at every step of the print process ensures the final product is the highest quality.  Designs are directly printed on the canvas using HP Latex printers with Latex Inks.  Our printers use UL certified inks that are GREENGUARD GOLD.  The canvas prints are stretched on our proprietary profile radial pine produced from used wood from FSC certified forests.

 How is my Order packaged?

 Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, the packaged in a hard cardboard box.  Our printer uses 28% less cardboard than the industry standard through custom boxes created with recycled materials designed to fit each product size and/or order.  Specialized machinery allows them to reduce the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments. 

How do I care for my Print?

 If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Are your prints ready to hang upon delivery?

 Yes, each matte canvas comes with back hanging already included for convenient placement.  Rubber dots on the bottom of the canvas ensure the canvas stays in place when hung.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

 The delivery time depends on the type of wall art and your location.  Typically, our products are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Are the images on your website true to the actual colors of the prints?

 We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible on our website.  However, please note that the colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings. 

How can I track my order once it’s shipped?

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Support Team: support@TheFusionGallery.com, we are here to help.

How do I cancel or edit my order?

 If your order has been sent to production, it means that it has reached our fulfillment center.  As a result, it may not be possible to request a cancellation at this point.
